Amazing my mother in law loved it the towel was better quality than I thought it would be and the quality of the photos were great
The order, delivery process was all efficient and well done. I think the product leaves something to be desired. The quality of the towel is very poor and photo colors were a bit drab.
I love my towels and tote. Exactly what I wanted and am going to order more. They are just perfect!

I hadn't intentionally ordered two towels but, it became confusing with the barrage of emails indicating that my order hadn't been placed an then thanking me for both orders. For the cost I was hoping for a higher quality of towel. More absorbent I guess. But, the photo on the towel is fantastic! That was one of the confusing emails warning me that the quality wasn't very good, so I changed it. Only to receive another email indicating that it was okay. So, I changed it back to what I originally ordered. But, I am very satisfied with the photo! Thank you, Ron

Quality is extremely disappointing. The towel has zero absorbency and is already falling apart. This was the most expensive towel and easily the worst quality. I am sorry to say I would not recommend this product to anyone for any reason.

I was more than pleased with the finished product and amazed at the speed in which I got it considering what I paid for shipping. I needed assistance when I placed the order and received it promptly. I also got a great suggestion regarding what I was trying to do. This order will be a gift for my 13 year old grandson and I know he'll like it as much as I do.

First of all I want to say your online customer service was very helpful as I was creating my personalized beach towel and they answered all of my questions. I liked how the pictures turned out on the towel as well. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the towel. It is extremely thin and doesn't even feel like a beach towel. I'm afraid with one wash in the washing machine it's going to start falling apart. For the price of $58 which I already thought was quite high, I would have expected a much higher quality towel. I'm not sure if anything can be done at this time ie a refund or re-attempting to print my image on a higher quality towel but unfortunately I would not recommend bagsoflove in the future because of this.
The item I ordered to be personalized was of excellent quality and it was a gift so it was a hit. Shipping faster than I expected and good communication after placing the order. I will shop here again!
