Very easy to design, fun beach towels! Finished product is higher definition than we expected! Quality of towel is different (not plush) as a normal towel, but I'm sure that's because of the work that had to be performed on it.

i absolutely love the way the design and graphics came out. However, the quality of the towel is actually so bad that i wont be able to give it as a gift. Are all of the house items - towels, sheets etc. of the same bad quality or are there other options?
I was very excited to receive my personalized beach towel, but when I opened it I was very disappointed. The picture I had chosen worked well, but the quality of the towel itself is so poor. This was supposed to be a gift and now I am not sure what to do. It was rather expensive although I would have been happy to pay it for a good quality product. I understand I have no recourse, no refund available, but I am a very very disappointed customer.
