This apron was supposed to have black webbing ties- they came in yellowish. I would love to have it replaced. Like is said, all the others were great.

This product arrived and it was absolutely everything I wanted. It was a tribute for my nephew showing off his mother who just passed away. Their love for cooking has won him many awards now he can carry her with him to his meets. Because of her illness she was never able to attend. Now she will be front and center. Thank you!

The quality is great, way better that I expected for the price. The only thing is that when designing it, it cut off the corner pictures. My advice would be to put pictures in the corners that you really dont want to be actually seen.

2 TIME RETURNING CUSTOMER Wrong order has been sent to me twice now for Mothers Day gift
Purchased a cooking apron for a Mother's Day gift for my mom with a picture of my late Grandmother on front with black apron straps. I live in Texas and this apron has been sent to me twice with yellowish colored straps. In the meantime I still haven't had the pleasure of giving my mom what I thought was going to be a precious gift to cherish for years to come. Instead it's big the biggest headache and the worst experience ordering from any business online ever and this is the first time ordering from Bags of Love. However the email communication between me and this person representing you guys has been a peach, very respectful, and professional handling this very upset, and disappointed daughter (me) at every turn. I would just like this to be over already and I could give my mom this gift from your beautiful and historical country that I'm probably never going to have the pleasure of visiting. Under the circumstances we are in right now, they did great making my custom order. My mother loved the pictures! On the downside, I noticed that there were 4 duplicate photos. I was thinking the system would adjust automatically. Other than that, we love it! Will order again !
