Get your hands dirty

To clean these bad boys, we recommend handwashing your plates with faces as they are not dishwasher safe. Plus, this will preserve the life of your print so that you can use them again and again! Your print is created using a digital method that penetrates the ink into the fiber of the material, resulting in plates with faces on them that are long-lasting, and when looked after correctly will last years and years.

Perfect Positioning

A few things you can do to ensure your plate looks perfect:

When designing your plate, please make sure your image fills the whole space (including the red bleed area). This ensures your design covers the entire plate and doesn’t leave unprinted white edges.
Because of how we print, there might be a +/- 2-3% difference in the plate’s positioning from what you see in our preview, so avoid putting important details close to the plate’s rim.
Avoid putting circular patterns in your design close to the edge of the plate, as we cannot guarantee they will line up perfectly with the outer rim of the plate.
